Our immersive mindfulness practices are designed to bring you to the present moment, no matter when or where you begin.</p>

Our Open classes draw from both traditional and contemporary techniques, combining music, sound, breath, movement, and visuals to ground you in your senses and bring you into the present moment.</p>

<li>Enjoy unlimited live classes seven days a week, led by expert teachers and joined by learners from around the world. You can invite your friends with complimentary guest passes and practice together in a group setting.</li>

<li>Practice at your own pace with our library of recorded classes from your favorite teachers. With over 350+ experiences across breathwork, meditation, yoga, and Pilates, there's something for everyone at any level. We add new classes weekly.</li>

<h2>PRACTICE WITH FRIENDS</h2>

<li>Join any live class with a friend using our free guest passes. Alternatively, you can start an on-demand class at the same time as your friends and connect in a chat room before and after the practice.</li>
